Interim Management With A Focus

Interim Management is inextricably linked with permanent recruitment and several clients have requested us to undertake executive placement assignments and executive recruiting in Information Technology and systems (IT or IS&T). Consequently, Turnoak also provides permanent systems recruitment services and executive headhunting for senior technology positions - from project manager up to CIO. We offer to search our register of over 1,600 senior IT professionals to find appropriate candidates who might be prepared to accept a permanent role and/or advertise the postion if appropriate. We offer these services on a contingency basis (no job acceptance, no fee) and have a number of successful placements.
If a more comprehensive search is required, we can conduct an executive headhunting exercise involving a search and selection process using our extensive network of contacts throughout the ICT world. Targetted advertising can also be arranged and we have also undertaken systems assignments outside of IT.
Turnoak looks to provide the right candidate(s) for the job, and the right job for the candidate(s). As with our interim business, we look to nominate no more than three candidates and if we cannot find qualified individuals, we will not waste clients’ time by submitting candidates that do not meet the minimum requirement.
We also offer a hybrid interim and permanent executive recruiting service that combines the benefits of the two resourcing options. Senior permanent positions typically take several months to complete and can be particularly protracted processes when the right candidate is difficult to find. Therefore, we offer two main options to alleviate the pressure on executive teams with a temporary gap as follows:-

using an interim manager who will consider converting to permanent status if both parties are in agreement. This option needs Turnoak to be carefully briefed because many professional interim managers will not consider a permanent role as they see their career as interim only |
