Head of IS Operations (Permanent)
This is a senior management position consisting of managing technology infrastructure for both change programmes and BaU and involves both internal and outsourced resources. The successful individual will need to lead, motivate and manage a virtual team that runs all systems globally, ensuring availability at industry standard levels and to manage the transition from systems change programmes to the production environment. A major responsibility will be to build a successful partnership with the lead outsource partner to ensure the best and most effective service and to integrate external teams into operational IS teams globally..

Project Delivery Manager (Permanent)
An experienced projects/portfolio manager is required to ensure the successful delivery of projects through the complete lifecycle from project initiation through to implementation. The role will involve managing 4-5 project managers with a portfolio of business systems and infrastructure projects. You will need to work with business managers and project managers to define potential projects including scope, requirements, estimated costs, business benefits, required resources and potential timescales and ensure that individual projects are properly planned, progress controlled and progress reported to standards. Specifically, you will need to ensure that project plans include all necessary workstreams to deliver project success.

Service Delivery Manager (Permanent)
This role involves managing commercially viable service levels for all technology provided to the business and then to ensure delivery to these service levels using the delivery and support resources provided by both internal support personnel and third party vendors. This will involve defining and agreeing the service level requirements for the technology services with the agreed owners in terms of performance, capacity, availability and continuity, ensuring the correct balance between cost of service delivery and business need/reliance on the service and implementing and maintaining service level agreements for business systems and infrastructure services. Additional responsibility will include vendor service review.

Senior Infrastructure Designer (Permanent)
Our client needs a Senior Infrastructure Designer who would be accountable for the overall integrity and coherence of design and operation of the infrastructure components (e.g. network, database, servers) for the Infrastructure Programme. The Senior Infrastructure Designer quality assures all designs to ensure adherence to the approved designs throughout the project lifecycle. He/she would also be responsible for proactively reviewing the existing configurations & implementations to ensure effective performance and produce future roadmaps for improvements. They would be responsible for allocating, tracking and validating all designs delivered by the Infrastructure Programme and to support the Infrastructure Architect and deputise for the Programme Manager as necessary.
