•	We will always discuss any potential assignment with you and get your agreement before nominating you for any roles
•	At the time of describing an assignment, we will discuss and agree fees with you
•	We will keep you informed of progress with the requirement, and the ultimate news, good or bad. If you are wondering at all, please ring us
•	Once on assignment, we commit to pay you monthly, within two weeks of you invoicing us
•	During assignments we will keep in touch with you to discuss progress and offer as much or as little involvement as you believe you need
